In this paragraph I will be talking about an airsoft electric gun/aeg. Not gas blow back guns. Now for the explanation. First a battery sends electricity to a motor. That motor spins the gears. The gears pull back the tappet plate which pulls back the piston and piston head. Witch causes compression. When the compressed air is released it causes the bb to fly out the barrel.
